Psychologist Dr Sam Wass, who appeared on Channel 4’s The Secret Life of 4-, 5- and 6-Year-Olds, said: “As parents we spend so much time as an authority figure. , setting limits and setting rules, so sitting down and watching TV with your child can help reset and recharge your relationship.

“I love that so many kids voted for shows and cartoons that their parents also enjoyed when they were young and that they are all available on the Sky Kids app. Watching and discussing these shows together will allow your child to see the child who was once in you. ”
